I am trying - without much success
to not write daily.
Seems my fingers and computer
have a mind of their own.
Also, this is how my children
know what their mom is doing.
If I do not write
some call and say
"mama, are you alright"
Bright sun and lots of wind
here by the woods...

The forsythia blooms always let us know that spring has nearly arrived.
Nothing wrong with writing everyday, especially if doing so helps loved ones know how you are faring.
The deer have decimated my forsythia. I had huge bushes at my old house and miss that. this is a lovely still life, I especially like the informality of the jacket!
Elsa Louise and Tabor, I have a small forythia planted. These blooms came from a local bush :)
The buttercups a gift from a friend. My old yellow windbreaker came to mind before I took the image. Guess I will post when something comes to mind and it seems it does quite often. What I share and emails seems to be how my family frequently stay in touch. Thank you both for visiting.
It does seem yellow is the first color of spring. My little peach tree is blooming and the peony is putting up shoots; I fear they will be frozen before it's all said and done.
I find it difficult to write everyday, but I love to read posts by my "friends" everyday. My sister tells me reading my blog is like reading a chapter from a book and she misses it when I don't write.
Yellow is a happy spring color.

Charlotte, everything is coming up here also - what state do you live in ? I at the edge of Tn and Kentucky border. Seems my writing keeps my children informed of what I am doing - which is not much - just grooming the earth :)

I love yellow - and Spring, too - and did a post earlier about the yellow in my world. I agree with others that writing everyday is a good thing.
I love it when you blog everyday. I sometimes worry about people when they haven't blogged for a while.
I love those simple little bouquets of daffodils at the grocery.I will have to go back and check my forsythia. I planted it 2 years ago and it had a few blooms last year.
Yellow means joy and happiness by the way.

I love the yellow and can't wait until we have some daffodils! Our forsythia has never bloomed here in the profusion it does on the east coast. :( That table looks so festive and cheerful - makes me want to go buy some flowers for this room!
What an amazing photo! The yellow just jumps off the page and makesa my mouth water for a lemon meringue pie. Here in central Louisiana we've had 'spring' for over a month already. Blessings!
