Relaxing

I have always used Lavender at night on the bottom of my feet, it is relaxing.

Trying this and it has some Lavender in this Magnesium spray.
I no longer sleep well heart attack one year ago

The nurse told me it might be the pacemaker or just a part of aging.

All my life never had a problem with sleeping
and do not like this.

I had mild insomnia when I was middle aged, but so busy and exhausted I would nap and catch up and not worry about it. I now wake up many nights after about 4 to 5 hours of sleep. I just roll with the disruption, unless I have something important the next day and I will take a sleep aid...although they do not make me feel refreshed...I do get a good night'sleep.

I've never heard of this combination! Do you experience positive results?

Rebecca, it just made me feel relaxed, took first-time last night, a smaller amount than
suggested.

My sleep patterns are not the same either but like Tabor above, I roll with the punches kind of thing and catnap during the day but not for too long. If I get 5-6 hours at night I am happy.

This looks like a great product! I take Melatonin gummies at night and play my ocean sounds. That helps a lot.

I have something like insomnia, but not exactly. Since my first knee surgery 1 1/2 years ago I sleep for 3 or 4 hours from about 7:30 am to 12 pm get up and do stuff. but then by 7 pm I am exhausted and can't stay awake, so fall asleep and wake up at about 11 pm or so. It is such a goofy sleep schedule, that I seldom feel really rested. My husband is a night owl, so he sleeps from about 6 am to 230 pm, without a bit of problem.

I tried a magnesium lotion product one time for my arthritis, it did nothing but made my skin itch. Ihope the spray you use will help you.

As reported by Stanford Medical, It is indeed the ONLY reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 42 lbs lighter than us.

(By the way, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and absolutely EVERYTHING related to "HOW" they eat.)

BTW, What I said is "HOW", and not "what"...
