Forgotten

A forgotten bulb
blooming in the garage.
A Hyacinth
the scent is captivating
and brought it upstairs
on the big table.

Isn't that something?
Ignored in the garage, it just felt confident enough to bloom whether anyone cared or not.
I love their scent.

It is always such a wonderful treat when a plant surprises us with growth, regrowth, blooms. They make us feel happy. Have a great day dear Ernestine ~ FlowerLady

I just love this - I had a recent shock like that when a plant I thought dead bloomed and is still blooming. Hyacinths are so beautiful.

I forgot where I put my amaryllis bulbs and just a few weeks found them putting out their shoots in the newspaper bundle that I had tucked in the basement! They did fine but are now done with their glory.

According to Stanford Medical, It's indeed the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh an average of 19 KG less than we do.

(And really, it is not related to genetics or some secret-exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING around "HOW" they are eating.)

P.S, What I said is "HOW", and not "WHAT"...
