Day begins
fog arises from pond
across the way
Corn is beginning to show
thought comes to mind
how it was 6 foot high
and I did not mind
living in the middle of
a corn field....
6 feet tall! we'll want some pics. do the owners of the field share with you? nothing like fresh corn prepared the southern way - cut off the cob, and cooked in a cast iron skillet with a little butter and the milk of the corn and a bit more milk with some salt and pepper! omg, i have loved it since i was a very young girl. i always want sliced tomatoes, too!

Living in the middle of a cornfield is a privilege that few can have. You are a lucky one!
What a peaceful view. Enjoy the day.

What a relaxing start to your day. Living in a cornfield sounds nice too.
