She wonders if she can capture "something" on the camera that she is beginning to wish had more features.
She stands on her 5 degree and snowy deck.
There is nothing like the high she experiences when she downloads her pictures.
Pretty good!!!!!!!
Of course - two of her "idols" are Tabor who lives on the water and is surrounded by nature.
http://taborsyard.blogspot.com/Cate who lives in a wonderful area in Canada.
Both of these special ladies are so talented with photography abilities and their words.
They both bring her so much pleasure as she follow their journals. They give her something to strive for - even though she is aware that she will just wander these scarred and ancient woods with Miss Callie and every now and then will get a good shot and maybe make sense with her sharing. She also realizes she is further down the road of life then these two ladies and hey she has just begun.
Hey time for breakfast. She has been up since 5:00 and the day is flying.

Your sweet compliments were a nice accompaniment to this early morning sunrise. I think it is wonderful that you strive for more and I look forward to that each day. Aging does not mean the end...just the beginning of something new and different.
Ernestine, You captured a beautiful moment with your photo this morning. Look at that soft wash of color behind the trees! Isn't nature generous with beauty? Thank you for sharing the peace of that moment.
Ernestine, I too love Tabor....I wish I had "words" like her. But, your words are your own, and your thoughts and ideas are wonderful because they come from you and we love them....I love seeing bits and pieces of your home and life, and how you feel about them, how they impact your life....keep on keeping on. You inspire me.....
Your photo is beautiful and if you click on it and make it really big, it makes you feel like you are right there in the middle of your woods this morning! The sun is shining here today. Makes me think that spring might be on its way! At least it is supposed to get in the 40s this week. That is so much better than the teens and zero.
Tabor, Aisling, Beverly and Judy - thanks for commenting on this "still" cold day. I am getting out tomorrow - hopefully.
Fridg is beginning to look empty!!
I love morning skies and catching a glimpse of the moon just adds something poetic that I can feel but not express. Your picture does the expressing.
Cloudhands, thank you. Hey it is in the 20's - I feel like it is a heat wave. Have a lot of errands.
Have a great day!!
