So Special

I do not have a smartphone, my children and grandchildren post
often on Instagram, I can read and view but I cannot copy their photo's.

My grandson and special bride Missy are on their honeymoon
in Italy, my favorite place in all the world.
A few nature photo's outstanding have been posted and I email when there is time
email to me these images.

Who would think that 2 hours later, I have returned from the market in this 90-degree weather in my old truck and computer tells me they are
here for me.
Missy, thank you........

Travelogs have never been so easy or swift!

I often wonder if children realize how important the sharing of their life is to us. As we age we do not need the drama of travel and just like to see others do it as it brings back memories of when we were younger.

Getting caught up. How blessed you are with your friends. Your meals look wonderful and a great photo of your grandson and bride.

Life is good. I will see if my library carries that great book.

I feel blessed to know such a woman as your self... You have accomplished more than I ever could dream of doing. I enjoy trying the different breads, cookies and many other things you have cooked. You have introduced me to so many different things and for this I am grateful. 😊

How could you stand the heat and humidity?
I hope at least, your truck has an air conditioner that works.
My car does not and it just makes the ride to and from so miserable.
BUT--we're still vertical and that's all that matters. LOL
Nice photos!!

Oh, how delightful! Spectacular photos. Tabor is so right about how much we value young people sharing their lives with us. I, too, went out to the store yesterday afternoon in three digit heat. In ‘n out to bank, then to store, and home again with several trips bringing in my groceries. I didn’t have to go out, but was just in the mood to do so as kept thinking about a prepared lentil soup I like and can heat in microwave, so decided to shop. Good to get fresh air, though wouldn't want to be outside long. I survived before A/C — but I was younger.
