next to mat
in chair the phone in case of emergency
this helps pain, difficult for me but continue with it..
beautiful
over 20 blooms
healing incense is burning this early morning..
Cold, rainy weather continues...
Thought arises
I was born in Tennessee
but grew up in Michigan.
So cold and at one time I skied
and walked to the bus stop to work
at corporate office of Ford Motor Company
snow drifts 3 and 4 feet on either side of road.
At this time could not stand this weather
and to think
my oldest daughter and husband who live in Florida
are headed to Colorado to ski.
Good luck to them
I sure would not like that weather :)

Happy with you about the approval of additional therapy.
Applauding your dedication to stretching...
I totally agree with your reflections on cold weather.
It has been cold again the past few days here (Of course! It is winter.) But OH how I chafe under the fierceness of cold.
Glad to hear about your two extra visits. We have sure had some real winters here in Michigan the last several years!
You are a perfect personality for healing. You have tenacity, hope and intelligence. It will work out, I just know it.
Glad to hear you were approved two more therapy sessions. Yay!
It sounds like you start off your mornings very positively, that is healing.

Ultra sound helps so much! Do they also use the TENS device? Pads with electrical current that passes through into the muscles? That helps too.
I guess I was born into the right family/State. Michigan weather suits me to a "T".
I love the brisk cold, the snow and---well, just all of it.
I cannot stand the heat, humidity, bugs and mold.
Yes! Smiling and sending love and hugs to you.
thanks to everyone for your encouragement
off to dentist this morning
and driver will take me
hopefully I can drive next week - my goal...
Judy, going to try the 10's - you are so knowledgeable :)
Orchids are lovely. Glad your therapist able to obtain add'l sessions for you -- possibly your attitude, dedication, recovery efforts including exercising helped provide justification to ins. to continue. I, too, recall early years in Great Lakes area with snow, below zero temps, icy cold winds -- the challenge being to make sure I was warm from head to toe. Some fun times, but I long ago acclimated to warmer winter temps and would not want to go back life in such cold now. Fortunately, in Southern California where I am we don't have the humidity, bugs et al like other warm climates like Florida. In fact, I sometimes need to add moisture to the air with a humidifier sometimes as too dry bothers my sinuses.
