The Gift

Last week I lost an earring. One Woman is not in the market for any more jewelery.
The only items she wants at this time are - flowers, garden tools and books :)

I looked and looked for this earring and decided it was gone for good.

This morning as I was clearing woods path - guess what - there it was on my path.
The amazing thing is I have walked this path many times before this morning, have used the blower many times and never saw my earring before. A wonder the blower did not blow it into the woods..........

I am smiling and wanted to post this and need to eat breakfast.
Have a good day.

A very inviting path indeed. Be careful in the woods wearing large earrings. They can catch on a branch or shrub...;-)

Beverly, Balisha, Tabor - thank you for commenting this beautiful Fall morning.
The picture of the earrings looks so big - I enlarged it. They really are not as big as they look :)

oooh, be still little leafblower as you scare the woodland creatures away and you cannot hear their wild music! Let the leaves fall where they may and enjoy their crunch underfoot and watch them scatter as you walk!
The forest begs silence as we enter it, so we can hear what it has to say! :)

Christina - I agree with you totally. But in this tangled woods filled with stubbles - I have to clear a path - so I can walk and enjoy the woods. The blower will probably not be used again. Just trying to outline a pathway for this ancient woman - so she does not fall :)

Aaahh...just wanted you to enjoy your woodland walks to the fullest as I used to use one also and found that it scared away all the creatures I was trying to see or hear.
You are not ancient..only seasoned. :)
Enjoy the fall and all seasons to come!

Christina, thank you for undertanding. My son who is in Thailand - says the monks sweep the path in the forest. I may use the broom - but the path is getting so long - may be too tiring. - Where are you from - if you feel comfortable about it - tell me about yourself.
Have a good day.
