Waiting For Spring

At dawn
what do I see?

The garden is sleeping
and waiting for Spring

A few plants never
went to sleep :)

For a few days
I am giving the computer a rest
Be back next week.

Think on this.....

~~As I grow older, may I be kind to myself
As I grow older, may I accept joy and sorrow
As I grow older may I be happy and at peace~~

Good and important thoughts. I noticed a single dianthus blossom at the back of my patio thinking it must be spring. It is 64 here this morning!

Hi Ernestine...Prayers are coming your way. Before long, we will be out in our gardens and watching for each and every tiny bud of green.
I found this little poem this morning and thought I'd send it on to you. Hugs, Balisha

Faith by Sabrina Brown

Faith is the song of spring that helps us though our storm's all year long.
Faith is the sunshine we remember through the darkest hour.

Faith gives us strength to our hearts when we need it the most.
Faith is the word of God.

Charlotte, this is back of my cottage and the flower garden I am creating. Brought flowers I have nourished for years.
Looks so peaceful and will not be long that it will be nothing but green. Have a good weekend...

Love the look of your garden in this season! Not a single boom to be seen here at all though. Everything is covered by deep blue snow.

Tuesday: Hope things went well yesterday and you have gotten some rest. Imagine you will be sore for a few days. Maybe you will be gentle with yourself and your schedule for a few days! I don't envy Jamie trying to keep you in check! hahaha...Thinking of you and sending lots of good wishes.
