Peaceful Morning

What I see
when I step outside

Could anything
be more
 beautiful ?

No words to describe
the peace I feel
or the praise
in my heart
for our creator....

Oh, how I love this image - peaceful and quiet and so atmospheric with its fields and trees and floating mist.

Tabor, with the thougts - how long can I take care of my surroundings. Then when I view my surroundings I think "how can I ever leave."
Beverly and Cate, Thank you...

We had a day full of fog and dreariness; however, this was a day that God made. We're thankful!

I love that photo on so many levels, Ernestine. Living on the Cape we have a lot of fog and it always gives me comfort, reminds me of my mother reading me the poem, "Fog" as a child, and also because it reveals, as does winter, the bones o things around us. I also sort of like the fact that it dulls things a bit....sort of like my mind with aging, and I consider that a blessing!
Happy day to you!

This reminds me of a Christmas card I sent one year. The serenity and beauty of the scene appealed to me.

beautiful, indeed! prepare yourself now emotionally to accept hired help when you need it so you can remain there as long as you like! :)

Sky, you so right and I am trying to do this. Have a young man coming this morning for a few hours to help me unload a trunk of dogfood, bird seed and sale mulch.
Also need to pick up a truck load of limbs :)
Sharon and Sky, thank you for visiting...
