Pub Table

Helper arrived
and brought my 50 year old pub table from storage room
now mine for about 50 years but it is very old.

Looks better then the white table
gave him the white one
Also brought a few things from pantry
and my iron lady with the metal lace skirt.

So at this time
nothing else to be brought from country home
this special room is complete, seems it took 4 weeks
for me to be pleased with it,
This table fits in more with other furnishings I have in this room

Now helper drove my old truck
and I was concerned that it would make it
but it did, he said "no problem."
Do not know what I would do without him.

It is only in the living of the space we adapt and realise what fits, what doesn't. You are adaptable my sweet friend. And it's a learning curve. Live the photo if your grandson and his wee boy.

And your son's life brought to you like a Starbucks coffee in your hand.

I haven't posted as I don't want to jinx my life at the moment. Big news indeed.

PS and how you inspire all who read you 💕🌷

No matter how old we get some of us still have a marvelous sense of style!!

I really like this table better, too. Your space is very inviting, and I love your having your plants all around you. Plants bring such a nice ambiance to a room. You have pulled everything together so well. I hope you are making some interesting new friends there.

Oh, your room looks lovely! I love that table; what a nice place to sit with the window and plants.

I'm glad he drove your truck. It needs driving in the winter--not just sitting and the battery dying. Your room looks really nice.

Love your table. I love furniture that tells me a story or brings back a memory Enjoy the warmth of the wood and the hands that made it years ago.

Your room looks so cozy and homey with your wood table and beautiful orchids flourishing in the window. It's nice that you have a helper who was able to bring your wood table to you.

SO much better! It's hard to improve on the naturalness of wood, in my opinion.
