Your meal sounds and looks delicious. I could live on salads. There are so many different ways to make them....and that dessert sounds scrumptious. Enjoy!

Sky, Balisha and Lynn, I have grown tired of the lettuce at the market. I like fresh spinach and with all the ingredients still on hand I will add a sliced hard boiled egg and chopped bacon later today. Thanks for visiting..

Oh but you make me hungry! This looks like a meal I need because I'm trying to lose some pounds :)

Your place setting is so attractive; very good that you make it pretty just for yourself.

There's nothing quite so satisfying as a fresh salad...also like the addition of hard boiled egg and bacon. The table you set, even for one, is always so beautiful.

Charlotte and Mary, thank you.
I have always liked a pretty table and cloth napkins are a 50 year habit..
