Late Afternoon Thankfulness

Just returned from cat scan and doctor consultation. This spot on my lungs that has been in a corner of my mind continually for 8 months has not changed.

Hallelujah

Enough Said

Now on to my next project. I will continue to check out cost and feasibility of my Thoreau Cottage at the edge of the woods. Time will tell if it will be a shelter or a chair I sit in at the edge of the woods. Either way I will have my camera, binoculars and a pad and pencil in my hand. I do not think all three at once. But there will be peace in my heart and a smile on my face.

Some more thoughts from One Woman on her Journey Through This Life.

I am very relieved about your medical report. Very....
How far away will this place in the woods be from your family? I thought you moved to be closer to family???

Beverly, a place to visit 50 minutes from the city. My vacation spot that will be close.
I have many days that no one comes through the door. Will see what happens. A dream or a reality.
Too soon to know.

What wonderful news about your scan, and now you can move forward toward your wonderful dream!!

I loved what you wrote for your family about the election. I shared similar sentiments with my family over this world changing event.
What a wonderful thing. After having such a heavy heart regarding the future of my grandchildren, I now feel so full of hope for them.
Prayers, indeed!

What a great piece of news about your scan, on a day when America , turned the page , so to speak, and taught the world the importance of voting, the ability to be graceful and sensible in defeat, and restrained and thankful in victory.... may lots of good things happen to all, and whether you decide on a chair or a shelter, your mind would be at peace, I think.

Good news indeed! The outing in nature sounds restorative as well as celebratory. Enjoy.

Good news for you as I know it has been hanging in the back of your mind. Even if you do not decide to build a whole house...a sheltered porch would be a wonderful place to visit.

I'm so glad your scan went well. Now you can give your full attention to a decision on your house,
