Expect your Callie will always remember you. I still remember a dog I had to give up when I was young. Then, I was allowed to go visit him. New owner cautioned he had a habit of sneaking up behind people and nipping them -- something I knew he never did when I owned him. I wrote his story on my blog a few years ago, but when I saw him finally a year later, he did sneak up behind me, sniffed me and then just became ever so excited as he recognized me.
