Day Begins

Another day - a hot day
healing incense burning
and my granddaughter's orchid sent to me last October - just keeps blooming :)

on the mat for 30 minutes
and a healthy breakfast of yogurt, banana, strawberry, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins, chopped apricot, green tea, slice of orange and a slice of my blueberry bread.  Sounds like a lot but
all very small portions.

The nightly pain difficult to handle but trying to just ignore...
Some doctors have called me in the past about blood work
even in the evening a personal call that was so appreciated.
No call yesterday and now will be Monday.   I have a feeling
it is sitting on their desk.
But that is alright as I will just continue to do all I know to do..

I noticed yesterday that my prayer flags are gone and guess
they have blown into the woods on a stormy day last week.
When someone comes by we will venture into the woods.

this is sad that you have lost the prayer flags, but maybe they have been answered and that is why they are flown? I so hope the pain eases or the doctors find a good solution. Too wearing on the soul. You are doing all that you should and now it is time for those on the outside to help

Pain is so tiresome and frustrating, maybe the prayer flags took it away with them, do you think?

Loved your story of your baby girl. My second girl, I hardly gained any weight and showed up at the hospital in jeans and sweater and they had to be convinced I was in labour. And she was kind, only took 5 hours.

I love your meal pics.

please share what kind of light your orchid gets. ours is healthy but just won't bloom. it is getting filtered light much of the day with a couple of hours of mixed direct and dappled morning sunlight. hope you find the flags and that the lab report doesn't bring additional concern.

WWW, there we go again :) When my youngest Jamie was born, arriving at the hospital and the other one left me off at the door :) while he parked car.
I walked in and went to the receiptionist desk, young woman looked at me and said
how can I help you - I replied "I think I am going to have a baby" she smiled
and said you sure do not look like it...

Sky, I have always had good luck with orchids. They received light like yours,
a little sun, shade and some filtered. I only water once a week, about a 1/4 cup of water, maybe a dash more and use Miracle Gro Orchid Plant Food Mist.
Only have been using this mist for last few years.
Good Luck.

Tabor, gave in last night with something to help me sleep, oh my - how wonderful
it feels to have a good nights sleep.

My prayers flags blew into the woods during one of our storms - hope I can
find them soon...

This dampness we are having is taking my neck, shoulder, spine arthritis to new heights of pain!

Sandra, thank you
and Judy
I truly understand
heat and dampness both cause pain.
Now dealing with 100 degree weather
which I do not like...
