I ordered this tea.
Ordered it along with Star Anise
there are usually lemons, oranges
and cloves on hand in this cottage.
This afternoon
brewed a cup with a slice of orange
and next time will do lemon.
and now know why it is called
the champagne of teas.
Now I need to order
some glass tea cups....

I know I have had Darjeeling but have forgotten it...must try it again.
I had Darjeeling tea many, many years ago. I need to try it again.
