Don't you just love it
when you find a new recipe.
Especially one that you like the ingredients, is simple,
looks attractive and One Woman can prepare for herself
and also as an addition on her big table when a lot of family
will arrive for Thanksgiving Dinner....
A plus
good for all 12 months of the year.
Will be
especially good next summer when I can use items from my little garden...
My Laurie
in Florida told me about this dish
and how pretty it looked when she prepared it.
I am already thinking
what else can I add ?
She sent me the website
and instead of listing
ingredients and seasonings
yellow squash, potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and onions
you can look up if you like.

Tomato, Potato.Zucchini, Summer Squash " Casserole"
My daughter substituted Egg Plant for the potatoes
I like this....
Also noticed so many recipes on this site that are new to me
that I like and will try in the future...
I might add
I have just started back on a few weeks of high prednisone
It affects me differently each time.
At the moment
immediate healing,
on a high
and wanted to eat all day yesterday
but luckily
do not gain weight.
At least never in the past :)
Hope this is a short process
that does not have any side affects
I have difficulty dealing with.

This recipe looks delicious. The link sent me to a WordPress page for Crafterettes and there was no recipe.
I hope the medicine works for you, no side effects.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving week, preparation, etc.

so sorry, just corrected
I need to be more careful.'
Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful day...
This dish looks delicious and has made my mouth water! Will try it out!
Hoping your time on the higher dose is helpful with few, if any, negative side effects.
This looks so pretty and delicious and look forward to serving! I will check out the website.
Thank you.
I know the Prednisone routine, too. It does help so much for awhile. May it last a long time for you!
That dish looks pretty and healthy. Color and texture are always important in a dish. I wonder if it would keep if re-heated, though.
So wishing and saying a prayer, for you to feel better.Thankful too that there is some help, even though not your first choice.
A fabulous recipe, thank you for sharing!
May this day be filled with peace.

Tabor, I will 1/2 it for me
think it would be fine the next day. I am not fussy if it is nourishing.
Sandy, thank you
OH THE WONDERS OF PREDNISONE
Have worked outside all morning
and feel wonderful.
Do not like the after affect.
BUT MAYBE IT WILL NOT HAPPEN THIS TIME :)
That is a beautiful food blog - thanks for the link. May the prednisone do its job in good time ~
