Difficult to cook small amounts
did discover something on NYTimes

Meatballs cooked a little differently, so I tried and really tasty

I made 1/2 the recipe and still will be 3 meals.

Ground Beef mixed with soy sauce, crushed ritz crackers, chopped onions, and garlic, make golf ball size and cook in the oven on a greased sheet for just 15 minutes.  I used 1/2 lb of meat and it made 8 of the meatballs.

I cooked rice,
cabbage with vegetables and a  side of asparagus, a tasty meal.

Would also be good instead of rice use egg noodles

Tasty and simple.

Sounds like good comfort food to me.

I’m going to try those meatballs. I like to use the oven as it cuts down on standing in front of the cooker. Take care. xx
