Last Night Fall and Frogs in Cottage
How it happened I do not know, fell against the front door, lost my balance - I guess.
Scrapped right arm, so painful, Was fortunate with new Hospice I was able to stay home
with no costly ambulance trip to ER, test, and maybe a short hospital stay.
So much want to share, no details, just continuing onward, one day at a time.
Arthritis I do not like you
but thankful
started in my later years. So much I have to be thankful for, so need to stop complaining.
The pain you are not welcome.
My nightly trip up I spot 2 frogs on the wall, was able to toss a hand towel over them, and toss outside.
So, the current new Hospice of 2 weeks is disappointing, did not do something they were to do, much to share
later, so many stories to share concerning this life of mine.
Fall is on the way, you can feel it in the air, love the cooler weather and missing the many Hummingbirds,
saw 3 this morning,
Need to send and this sharing and continue later.
Oh, a call from my son in Thailand, mss him so, but my son "stay safe and well"

This is different from the old Hospice.

Brown Corn
It has been a long time since I checked in, so much has been happening and weary of sharing not pleasant happenings, Doctor and hospital times continued and now I am looking at the assets or none of Hospice. May sign in with them in a few days. More people around me, I am at home (my comfort zone)
Will share more soon, Finally mastering computer and camera. Seems UTI's (ongoing) do bad thing to
the mind. An antibiotic for my condition has not been found to help me as of yet,

Trying
maybe it will happen.
So much is changing
as aging continues.
Do not like it
and will share soon.
Through all of these changes'
I still have so many blessings
just so many simple chores I enjoy
can no longer accomplish.
I ask myself "does it really matter"
yes, it does to me,
Filling bird feeders, watering flowers, weeding,
all outside work, enough said.
Just part of the life process.
Love to everyone and your
special thoughts,
You are more dear to this one
then you will ever know.
Know I will feel better when
my son can return, hopefully
in August.

Another Early Morning
Lana, thank you, memories surface of over 40 years ago when a new life began and I raised
every kind of animal, even bottle-fed baby calves. It was a new beginning for this one.
I always loved my life that began at that time.

shingles
a blessing that my driver could take me.

FOOD
did discover something on NYTimes
Meatballs cooked a little differently, so I tried and really tasty
I made 1/2 the recipe and still will be 3 meals.
Ground Beef mixed with soy sauce, crushed ritz crackers, chopped onions, and garlic, make golf ball size and cook in the oven on a greased sheet for just 15 minutes. I used 1/2 lb of meat and it made 8 of the meatballs.
I cooked rice,
cabbage with vegetables and a side of asparagus, a tasty meal.
Would also be good instead of rice use egg noodles
Tasty and simple.

Something New and My Callie
My Callie is the smaller dog, I miss her so and with a walker and balance not good she is at
Jamie's hoping it will help me not have a fall and trip over her.
I love that little dog so much, rescued and taken from the animal shelter 11 years ago
Callie, I love you.
New to this one is Koto Music from Japan.
I play Mozart constantly, I like it but nice to have something different that is relaxing.
Enjoying this, thank you to my son for introducing me to a new kind of music.
Missing him so very much.

BOSE
but after 20 years stopped playing and no repair available.
Ordered the following from Amazon, a fraction of the cost of my Bose.
Sound is incredible, as good as a Bose. Reviews right on target.
All I play is Mozart :), Nature tapes and music to relax this one.
many old CDs's going to GoodWill, they are over 20 years old.
I have always loved music and always on in my homes, now difficult to find peaceful music.
All these beautiful days
now a few days with mornings in the '30s.
