Early morning and ice sparkles cover everything.
Looks beautiful
and I will not be venturing out today.
I did not wait for pie to cool
before cutting a slice.
It is so good.
3 slices ate yesterday :)

That looks like a yummy breakfast! :)
We have "stay in the house" temperatures here today too, but I have some errands to run. It will feel good to get home and warm up when they are done, though!
A nice day to stay inside and be thankful for everything we are able to do.
Your pie will make your hibernation better...Yum!
From one coconut lover to another..

Enjoy a cozy day inside with a beautiful view from the windows :-).
we love coconut in this household. I like the idea of soaking the coconut in milk--new to me. that touch of vinegar makes it extra good too!
