The very cold weather continues
After lunch yesterday
The sun was so warm on the deck
Did not sit on the deck
But in front of the large window
The sun was wonderful
My thought to read
But - just closed my eyes
Enjoyed the warmth of the sun
What fire could ever equal the sunshine of a winter's day.
The warmth comes directly from the sun, and is not radiated from the earth; as in the summer, and when we feel his beams on our backs as we are treading some snowy dell, we are grateful
as for a special kindness, and bless the sun which has followed us into the by-place.

I also find myself seeking the suns rays next to the windows bringing whatever project I have been working on with me.
That photo drew me in as my breath caught in my throat...gorgeous...to see the sprinkles of sparkling sunlight within the trees...ahhh...
As I type the sun is beaming in on me fully at my office. I have the best place in the house, so to speak. No one else has the wonderful south exposure. What we don't have is that pretty snow, although it is very cold.
Thanks for the lovely winter photo. You have such a great eye for the beauty.
Tabor, another day of "hoping" the sun shines in the window.
