Thanks for finding and posting this...perfect reminder for all of us who cannot live up to the standards we set for ourselves...smile.
Yesterday was a hard day. My former husband who is battling cancer had a very sick day from treatment.
These were such lovely words to see today.

I love the image of "beginning it well and serenely". And for some reason the thought of letting go of encumbering nonsense makes me smile.
These words always bring a smile to my face. Then I chuckle at myself for how soon I forget the wisdom they hold.
