Wish I felt better
maybe it will happen.

So much is changing
as aging continues.

Do not like it
and will share soon.

Through all of these changes'
I still have so many blessings
just so many simple chores I enjoy
can no longer accomplish.

I ask myself "does it really matter"
yes, it does to me,

Filling bird feeders, watering flowers, weeding,
all outside work, enough said.

Just part of the life process.

Love to everyone and your
special thoughts,

You are more dear to this one
then you will ever know.

Know I will feel better when
my son can return, hopefully
in August.

Some days it is all we can do to breathe and eat. Be gentle with yourself. Even the fact you are writing here is a wondrous act of embracing life. Enough. Tell yourself that's ENOUGH.

Life is change and acceptance of that is hard for so many of us. Living mindfully, as you do, helps us find joy and peace in every day. I wish you comfort and peace today.

I'm so glad to see your posts this warm summer morning. You still do more than you realize - posting photos and heartfelt thoughts matter to many of us. With all that is going on, the world right around each of us has gotten smaller ~ reaching out connects us. Enjoy the day, my friend. August is not far off;)
