May Bloom and Simple Practice

New bloom found this early morning....

Simple Practice

It's definitely something that we can practice at any given moment.
We can always try a little more to be kind,
to be a little more compassionate
and be careful about what we do and say.

Beautiful photo and beautiful words!
I'm learning to be more compassionate and remind myself often to continue to be kind.

Hope you're feeling better.

Those rhodos are lovely against the ground cover of blue narcissus. Good call.
