Woke Up Running

My first day out in 10 days.
Who else would be excited
About grocery, gas, bank
And the birdseed

Washer humming
Loading car
Callie fed
Breakfast and
On the road

Gravel drive still
Covered with snow
Some icy patches on road
BUT - the Sun is going to Shine

Feeling Good
Going Full Speed Ahead

Body I accept your ups and downs.......
At the moment :)

Isn't it wonderful when our "Getupandgo" kicks in!

We had to make a trip over the frozen tundra for bird seed too! Can't let the dear things go hungry as they are now use to our feeding them.

You should never feel strange for accepting the joy in small things. That is actually where we all should be if we learn to live in the moment. I spend more on bird seed than I do on coffee...never thought I would see that day.

Each plank of wood
revels
in the memories
of becoming a home,
surrounded by
a verdant
outpouring
of flowers
and vegetables,
radiating warmth and color.

No winter,
no icy whiteness,
nor the freezing wind,
nothing,
keeps her mind
from glowing with joy
at the thought
of
the little ones
and their visits,
as she cups
her palms
around
a mug of Happiness
this early morn.

The Sun rises,
golden and warm,
in agreement,
as life gets into gear again;
she's on her way
to town,
to fill up the house again,
with Hope
Warmth,
Good Health,
Gratitude....

How wonderful....enjoy that sun. It is so precious these days.

Love the new photo of your orchid. There is always beauty around, and you capture it so well.
