Day Begins

Day begins with much beauty
and still no rain.
I may have to water if it does not arrive today.

A night that continued with severe inflammation pain.

Two words keep coming to mind

Accept
and
Do not expect.

Life has shown me
that what I want
or is the better word
desire
always arrives
but not from where
I thought it would
at this time of life....

You are so wise.

It ALWAYS arrives.

Missed you. All is well with me. Just not online as much, but I think of you.

Peace.

So sorry for your difficult night. That can drain you completely, but just focus on those lovely butterflies. The weather here is supposed to have only one more hot day and then rain tomorrow and cooler weather.

Good Morning.....hoping we will all get some cooling today. Unusually hot and 90% humidity here, too. Your garden brings me so much joy through your lovely pictures.
Hope the pain passes for you. Sometimes all you can do is breathe in to it.
Peace to you, M

Beautiful pictures!!! I learned those two words--rather, did not learn, but started really living them, two years ago. Makes life so much easier. I think the arthritis pain comes in the wet weather--whether it be hot wet weather, or cold and damp weather--as my hands ache like crazy this last hot and humid week. I don't often take pain meds anymore, but did have to take a Naproxen, anti-inflammatory the last couple of days for my back.

love the sharing of words. listening is almost a lost art. good job.

great pics!

i photographed a group of butterflies, about 20, together in the Virginia woods last week. will share photos soon.

learning to live in the moment and letting go are goals of mine too.

So sorry to hear of your pain. I have the odd bout of IBS that robs me of my night too.

I hope you are restored. Your photos are so inspiring.

Love, love, love your comment on my post.

Re learning, we do. But it sure does seem as though we need to keep relearning, doesn't it? If only we could see the arc of our lives, we would know.

Sending you all the best over the all the miles...

Sorry you're having such pain, but love your attitude! And those pictures make me want to take a stroll around your garden.

I hope you are feeling better this Tuesday. Our heat broke Sunday and we had steady rain all day today.

I have been without internet since last Wednesday's lightening storm, which took out my phone modem. New modem arrived today so I am back online. I have missed reading blogs and now can get caught up.

Thinking of you ~
