Relax

Relax is what I need to do
and why is it so difficult

still having a problem with my images.   I want them to go to picture file and they go to
Picasa and do not come up.  Need to get off of computer but information came up that a
firewall was in affect ?

Walked with walker on drive and so wanted to venture off into the surrounding gardens
but did not dare.   Did deadhead lillies that I could reach.

Tomorrow would like to make Nan's " Baker's Sweet German Chocolate Brownies"  Makes a 7 x 7 pan
and looks so easy for me, she shared she could mix by hand or a wisk, my kind of recipe.

It seems my doctor left where I go in local town and another back from vacation and no openings for 3 weeks, a new one that I have appointment with next week.

At one time no changes and everything was good and remained the same
but not anymore.

Read somewhere
"nothing remains the same"

a beautiful card (looks like me gardening: with special words from my Laurie in Tampa.

That card is you in a sweet spot. Just remember those moments and read some gardening books or a mystery novel about a gardener. You can walk your garden with your walker, and that is also a good thing. We cannot fight aging, but we do have to be thankful for what we have.

I think it can be challenging to look around seeing all that you would like to do, but know you must restrain yourself. I guess to relax, you must accustom yourself to accepting as is. Maybe if you started a list and just write down what you want to do each time, with the knowledge you have it for reference (should anyone become available to do it for you) then just “let go of it” — you’ve done what you could — now, relax! Yeah, I hear you — you’d just obsess going around constantly writing on your list! Well, I tried. Now, I gotta get back to writing on my list.

Tabor, use can but outside walker because it has a basket to hold, camera, water, clippers and phone :)
Joared, just difficult to restrain myself as a lifetime of doing is not easily undone for me:)

I miss your list of books you have by your bedside. Anyway someone else can email with your list if you can't. I so enjoy your blog.
