Thoughts

You will not be the same
after the storms of life

You will be stronger, wiser and more alive
then ever before

Bryant McGill

There is always a reason
you meet people

Either you need them
to change your life
or you are the one
to change theirs

You are very wise to accept this change in life, whether temporary or permanent. And how blessed you are to have a caring and attentive family. Wishing you peace and joy during this phase of your life's journey.

Hello Ernestine,

I'm new to Blogland myself, and have just discovered you via Flowerlady Lorraine. May I say how very much I've enjoyed reading through some of your recent posts, and how touched I was by your grace and courage in embracing this temporary relocation. That must have been quite an upheaval and I imagine you must miss your cottage in the woods very much. However it does sound like a good move for you, and for your family, at this time. And the spring will be a wonderful time of year in which to return to your woods! Meanwhile I'm sure that with such a positive attitude you will be an absolute blessing to those you meet over the winter months.

I would like very much to follow your blog, but can't see how to do that as I didn't find a 'follow' button anywhere. Perhaps it is my newness, perhaps a blonde moment (I'm still trying to resist calling them 'senior moments' though that would surely be more accurate!), or perhaps it is my inherent Luddite tendency showing through. In any event I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction, as I have already taken much from your last few posts and would love to read more.

Blessings to you!

Your room looks so nice and very "at home" for you. I know this cannot be easy on such an independent woman. When the weather is warm, I hope you will have built your strength up, eating and doing what you can to stay active. I know you are never lonely, except for the cottage! I hope you'll meet some new friends there, and I'm glad to see you're continuing to blog!

thanks to all, writing is in my blood and have to write :)
Amanda, do not see "follow my blog" anywhere
and do not know how many know a new posting
Much I do not know in this blogging world even though been writing for 10 years
and posting. Thank you for your comments.
