True

I have always felt
that you cannot go wrong
"when you follow your heart."
If we listen to the mind
it chatters away
has a mind of its own
and I have found later in
life - sometimes not to follow the mind.
But always the heart.

Everyone who visits - have a wonderful day.
In a few days it will be wonderful to have my son home....

Images of my 4 children, 3 daughters and a son and a special daugheter who came into my life as a young child - early choices in life.
Choice made 3 years ago - returning to Woodhaven
Callie the little dog I rescued and this one in her new garden.
Just received in mail from far over the ocean...

Lorraine, Balisha and Wisewebwoman,
thank you for your special words.
A good night last night with Aleve.
Now would it be wonderful if this helped instead of prescription medication and steroids.
Sun is shining and returned from market. I am going to dig in the dirt...

What a perfect time. Have fun with your son. I am sure he has lots of stories to share from his exotic land.

Such lovely photos and sentiments. Oh, yes, the heart. Somehow I needed this reminder tonight. The day has been good, but filled with some particular stressors. And this reminder about my heart--yes, this will help me sleep. Thank you, Ernestine. I hope you are resting well and that you have had a good visit with your son.
