Good Things Still Happen

Mail just received
and a replacement for the Leki - Wanderfreund cane that was purchased last Fall just arrived.

There is a store in Nashville that sells quality sport items and when I go to the big
city I like to stop and browse "Cumberland Transit."

A collection of old walking sticks and canes in this cottage used for walking in the woods
and my youngest granddaughter's usually pick out one.

But I possessed nothing like I spotted last Fall - a very light weight and slim cane made in Germany
I really liked it and a purchase was made
and I surely had not planned on buying another cane
but
this is my favorite :)

Little did I know that I would have a bad fall the end of September and be using
a cane quite often and now it sure gives me security when I am in areas that are
not familiar to me.

The top came off a few months ago and stopped in the store and was told parts could
not be ordered and to email the company.
This was done last week
and today in the mail received a brand new cane.

It was like receiving a gift.

So, Leki in Buffalo, New York.

Thank you
from One Women.....

I might add that when out and about
people will ask me
"where did you get that cane
I really like it ?"
and I always share :)

Really nice cane. Good customer service and great PR. Happy that all worked out for you.

That is the best advertising a company can get ~ a satisfied customer who shares her story. I'm glad you're using a cane for stability. I know people who have taken falls on the ice this winter because it only takes a second to lose your footing.

The cane is beautiful. I will remember this company if I need one full time. All I have is the Medicare provided one for my hip surgeries. I think it looks very dignified and lady-like to have a really nice cane to use--sort of royal looking.

Regarding Cane
I have one Medicare provided it is quality but real heavy.
I CARRY MORE THEN USE - feel comfortable with it in my hand
and weighs next to nothing :)

Charlotte, Marcia, Sharon and Judy, thanks for visiting
and Sharon alike we are about ironing - I find it relaxing

This is the second story I've heard in 24 hours about good companies that respect the consumer.

My friend told me last night that his dishwasher had given up the ghost and was leaking. He called Maytag in desperation. His warranty had expired but they told him they would come and fix it for free as they believed in "Goodwill warranties".

Thanks for the Leki story to add to this and I totally love your cane.
