Woods Cottage

A quick drive to the country this early morning. Errands in this small town and continuing to dream and plan. The stillness in comparison to the continual hum in the middle of the city is startling.

If one advances confidently in the direction of his dream, and endeavors to live a life which he imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.
Henry Dvid Thoreau

I love the garden man below your recent post and the woods cottage spot is absolutely beautiful. I would love it there as well.

Ah, yes, the lovely woods that are dark and deep and full of rose briar and green briar and ticks and snakes and wait...sorry, just got a little carried away.

Oh yes, add the poison ivy. I would get it every year several times. Shots and Pills. Still fun to dream. Hope I do not get stuck in mud driving so far off the road. Still in the dream mode.

Judy, Tabor, Gail and Beverly thanks for the comments. Who knows what will happen. A lot to check out. Will see if I have a shelter or just that chair and a sack lunch. I am having fun checking everything out. At least I will be full of information.

I can feel the enthusiasm in your writing since you began to pursue the dream to put your cottage in this beautiful place!. The photo is great with the light coming through the Autumn-hued trees!
So lovely!
