Morning and New Life

Up and on the computer, several times during the night also to see if special information had arrived.

Its arrival was here this early morning,
arrival on a cold night in New York.

Official that I am now a great grandmother, a boy and honored that a part of  his name is my maiden name:)

A heart full of health and happiness is wished this special granddaughter who was my first
grandchild and always held a special place in my heart.

Graham Nolen can hardly wait to physically hold you but you have been held with much love
in my heart since the first day that I was told you would be arriving.

God Bless you, my Jessica, Mathew and Graham Nolen and know you are all well loved.

AMAZING! Tears in my eyes and so happy for you. Do they even begin to understand how special it is to be around for this great generation? Both mother and baby are preciously beautiful. I am sure you are filled with love and pride.

I just wanted to take a few moments to thank you for your blog. I don't even remember how I came across it. I recently had to get a new computer and somehow all my stuff was gone. I was so sad. But after research and praying I found you again. I am so glad. May the peace and serenity of this season be with you and your family.

The last few weeks for have brought home to me how life can change in what seems like an instant when you realize that your body is aging. You are an inspiration to me in the way you face these changes but still find beauty in the everyday and the special. Every photo you post of a flower a tree or a meal reminds me to focus on the close and seemingly small beauties of life as well as being concerned about the world at large. At the brink of a new year and the great changes you are facing and dealing with please know that I am thinking about you and that the very act of doing that helps me face change too.

I am worried about you as you haven't posted. I hope you're just busy.

2018 rings in today. May it be a good year Ernestine.
