So True....

We cannot enjoy life
if we spend our time and energy
worrying about what happened yesterday
and what will happen tomorrow.

If we are afraid all the time
we miss out on the wonderful fact
that we are alive and
can be happy right now....

Thich Nhat Hanh  "Free From Fear"

I enjoy his writings and this was a good one. I'll have to see if the library has this book.

Have a lovely day ~ FlowerLady

Good advice. I see you are working your way through your stack of winter reading by your chair. The “side table of books” beside my bed toppled over last night. I really need a better system. Enjoy!

As a life-long worrier, I can relate to this.

I need to rid myself of fear; sometimes it grips me before I get out of bed.
