Peaceful Day

Peaceful day
looks like summer has arrived
Rain has left
90 degree weather has arrived

My granddaughters and Miss Callie
checking out the pond

Viewed from my old garden rocking chair
mama and daddy bluebirds sharing
feeding their little ones

I love, love, love, both photos!

Is it bluebirds? They have their very own home, they are gorgeous!

The three at the pond it precious! This capture brought tears to my eyes! Life's little blessings.

Thank you for sharing.

Those girls are growing up so fast. What a precious picture. We have tried to get bluebirds here, but they visit, tease us and then move on. Oh, well, maybe someday.

Sandra and Balisha, thank you for visiting.
Kaveri - you make me smile.
Sky, I am in the center of the property I bought 35 years ago.
The old farmhouse on one side has a pond I put in and then on the other side of my cottage is another home I built when I left the farmhouse and built another pond. So the ponds went with those acreage tracs - but I still claim them:) do not know if this is clear. Picture a big square of acreage and then most of the property in the center I kept and I built back by the woods. I stocked one but I do not like to go near them because of snakes.

sky, did not make sense - stocked one of the ponds with fish - but do not feel comfortable being around them. Like to look at them at a distance...

I have been following your blog for a long time but never posted a comment. You are an inspiration to me because I put my house up for sale a couple of weeks ago and want to live out my dream of having my little house in the woods. There's one that would be perfect for me on 9 acres. I also live alone..well not exactly I share my life with 2 dogs and 11 cats. I am 57 years old and some of my friends are discouraging me and telling me to stay put put a little voice in me says...Move on, don't look back.

You have a lovely blog and I enjoy reading you.
