Soothing

This image was forwarded to me of my oldest granddaughter on a recent visit to Bermuda.

I found it soothing to my body and spirit. My heart is smiling.

Grandma is still healing from her fall while gardening - I needed this.

I can smell the ocean!!

Jess, thank you.

Oh, how I wish I were there...but, seeing it, I felt like I was.....
Hope you are taking care and allowing yourself to heal...these things take time...

Beverly - I am not a good patient.
So accustomed to being super active and just moving at 50%.

That water looks so cool and refreshing. I could almost smell it. She seems to be enjoying it, too. I am not a good patient either. I hate letting anything get me down. I hope you feel all better very soon and good as new.

The weather is cooler and that will help you get around more. You will heal. Drink lots of fluids and eat some protein for repair.

Judy, thanks for visiting. Tabor I am doing that and now battling a severe case of colitus. I will be fine - thank you for your encouragement.

Lovely picture from Bermuda....how lovely to share. It does seem a very healing view.
So sorry your recovery is slower than you would like. I do think is is wonderful to have your scenery change the way it does with the seasons...the flowering vine is so pretty, too. Your photo captured a touch of Fall. It is here, too. The clarity of light is why artists are so inspired.
