Beautiful

Here it is almost November
and this beauty is blooming for the second time.

My second great grandson is now due any day
to meet the world.

Jessica, you never leave grandma's mind.

Love you

What was that old quote?

"One is nearer to God's heart in a garden than anywhere else on earth."

As close as I can remember it.

So true.

I'm looking forward to hearing about latest baba :)

The iris is gorgeous!! It's such a beautiful shade of yellow.
My little great granddaughter is 16 months old and it's amazing how much she has learned in the last few months. Babies take in so much at this age, every word, every action.

How beautiful.
Grandchildren never leave our minds do that? Especially when they are foinf through a life changing event.

Well, don't those iris brighten the day!? Here, I'm chilled and view grey sky and rain out our window...

Gorgeous! I had a yellow geranium that bloomed all summer and finally drooped at our heavy frost last week. I love yellow.
