Peach Custard Pie

PEACH CUSTARD PIE - Shared from a friend and so good

Unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell

3 1/2 cups peaches - slice shared with me was from can and if fresh, peel and pit.
if from can drain peaches

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 large eggs

1/4 cup melted butter

1 to 3 tsp of lemon juice

1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg

Streusel Topping

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp chilled butter

Preheat over to 425 degrees

arrange peaches in pie shell
combine sweetened milk, beaten eggs, butter, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg
in bowl, beat until smooth and pour over peaches.

Bake 10 minutes
Sprinkle on Streusel topping, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 55 to 60 minutes
or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
Cool on wire rack
