I think you need some REAL food to get better!Waffles, thick with real butter, syrup and some sausage on the side.A nice roast beef in the slow cooker, with potatoes, carrots and onions.A couple of scrambled eggs, toast and 3 pieces of bacon!A nice big cup of warm cocoa, made with Vitamin D milk and Nestle's Quik and mini-marshmallows on top!!!You need substantial food!!!That's my prescription. LOL
