So True

Throughout life, the mind evolves by interacting and learning.
Your thinking actually decides your age better than your biological age
and it wouldn't be wrong to say that
aging really, is a state of mind.....

something I read from a special person - Suranga
on her site Gappa - http://kaimhanta.blogspot.com

And another one

We are what we think
All that we are arises with our thoughts.....

We are our thoughts. Definitely. But emotions control our thoughts many times.
Or stress. Or fear.

Mind control is difficult.

Told her, that I was following the link you put to there, in your blog.

And thanked her for a very interesting post.

"We are what we think"

This one, has many facets.

Certainly, our outlook and mood, can be greatly effected by our mind. Helped or hurt, by it...

But no amount of "young thinking," can change our physical condition.

The body simply ages. It's wise to take as good care of it, as possible. And to move in it, with as much grace, as possible. But ultimately, we can only "do with it," what it allows us to do.

To me, this means a necessary balancing act. :-) Work on all the positives! Never cease to do so!

But graciously accept that which we can not influence.

And this last, will hopefully keep a smile on our face, and in our mood, for a long while.

Gentle hugs,
Tessa~

"I think, therefore I am"~Descarte
Trouble is, I think I am what people have told me I am--never the positive, always the negative words. I may get over that one day?

Judy, will respond to you first.
Yes, get over it - you are not what people say and think.
I think only good thoughts of you
and "me" :)
Tessa, thank you, WWW, you too
and Miss Gappa, I learn from you
and to think this one
is some years beyond all of you
but we have much in common
and hope it lasts a while longer :)
