Day 3

This sure looks like a lot of food
but carrots, cabbage, apple and an addition of some kale
and protein powder
makes a small glass of juice.

Some yogurt, blueberries, banana, flax powder,
mango,
an English muffin with a special person's
homemade pear honey, green tea
and breakfast is over.

Will see if this makes any difference to
one woman's inflammation as time goes by.

The warming trend is wonderful
and is great to be outside

It is raining this early morning
and I think
it will not stop me from walking
with umbrella in hand.

Oh do be careful, Ernestine! We have rain too and I wish I could just stay inside all day and crochet. I've been out to the barns to feed my cats and now it's time to get ready for church. Hugs!!!

Charlotte, take care and have a wonderful Sunday. I miss
being in church like in the past over this now long life time.

Let us pray this helps the inflammation.

Warm weather, yay! I know this makes you happy.

We have little rain here in Florida this winter.

Take care of you!

Sounds like you are doing everything right to help your inflammation. I guess I missed the post. I need to eat better too. Have a nice week.
