This Day

Torrential rain all night and still falling.

Lunchtime, have to eat
roast beef - gouda cheese, tomato, and basil, toasted in a small iron skillet - so good.
these with Salmon dip

Something excellent for me I just discovered on Amazon,  a cream that dissolves on your skin and even helping the
Shingles on my face.
Using it all over my body daily.

My scales say 101 lbs, 11 lb gain in a month with help of an appetite pill.   I will stop
the pill when I reach 105 lbs, my goal is 110 lbs
.
Horrible pain and taking 3 times a day, low dose of Hydrocodone.  Helping but never anything
this strong in the past, but need it.'

Salmon dip? Oh, how delicious-sounding! Congratulations on the weight gain. And so sotts to hear about the continued intense pain.

Rain here, too. It has cancelled our plans to take in a Christmas House walk this evening. Hoping tomorrow is more conducive to our plans. This is an annual holiday highlight for me...

You've again made my mouth water! I'm cheering and smiling at your "health gains". Makes me happy. Here there's a wintry mix that will turn to rain soon. Sending big hugs your way.

thank you SO MUCH, PiWNOAOLW and Rebecca, I will add the pain is primarily from knee
and no surgery option Waiting for insurance to OK injections in knee

You eat so amazingly!! I am jealous as I get lazy and eat a cold piece of pizza following by Christmas chocolate! Very temperate outside today and I should take a walk. Love that barn photo in the banner.

For lunch today, I had a cold hot dog, pulled out of the pack and not even cooked, and a slice of cheese, followed by a large piece of a Hershey's chocolate bar. It's a wonder I'm not dead from this eating style.
Lower back pain so severe lately.

Your lunch looks delicious! I hope the approval of the injection needed to help relieve your knee pain comes soon.

The meals you have often make me think I should be making food for myself and husband that is more like what you eat. Everything always looks so delicious. You have me craving salmon dip.

I'm sorry to hear about the pain you are in. I hope you are able to get needed injections very soon and that they will give you good pain relief. Knee pain has caused me so much misery in the past few years (seems like a hundred years in pain years). I was able to have total knee replacement surgery in one knee last year, hopefully I will be able do the other knee this coming summer, until then steroid injections are helping it.
