Doing all I know to do
to get to the place
I use to be :)
Thinking
it is going to be a slow process.
So many people helping me along the way
and I am thankful
but do not like being
slower, pain and this is not me....
Thinking of you and wishing quick healing.
ReplyDeleteI think you need some REAL food to get better!
ReplyDeleteWaffles, thick with real butter, syrup and some sausage on the side.
A nice roast beef in the slow cooker, with potatoes, carrots and onions.
A couple of scrambled eggs, toast and 3 pieces of bacon!
A nice big cup of warm cocoa, made with Vitamin D milk and Nestle's Quik and mini-marshmallows on top!!!
You need substantial food!!!
That's my prescription. LOL
JUDY, I EAT ALL OF THAT ALSO :)
ReplyDeleteYOU
TAKE CARE..
Healing IS a process.
ReplyDeleteSlow.
Quiet, sometimes.
Irksome.
Solitary.
Two steps forward. One back.
Celebrate mornings.
Let evenings embrace you.
Write.
Breathe.
Dear Ernestine ~ Your smoothie sounds delicious and nutritious.
ReplyDeleteI liked Judy's list of 'real foods' too. :-)
Liked what Rebecca wrote too.
May you soon be feeling better.
Love, hugs and prayers ~ FlowerLady
Thinking of you this morning. I too like what Rebecca wrote, so true and supportive. Writing and breathing are very helpful (and I must remember this as well). Hugs and love to you.
ReplyDeleteWhen you light your candles and smoothen your smoothies and take a lovely photo I know you're on a slight upswing.
ReplyDeleteAnd I am glad.
Coz I miss you.
And think about you.
