Beautiful Past Week

Cool mornings, pleasant days
on deck this morning


A good week
but seems I have injured another rotator cuff.  Need to remember I am not superwoman
and weary of ER visits.

But all in all
life is good here by the woods.

    Well, we all would like to wear our and not rust out! Maybe there is a shoulder brace you can wear while working around the house or yard and then take it off when you are not working?

    Tabor, I am wearing out, no rusting out here.
    sling to uncomfortable, nothing is done in the yard, but the camera
    and little inside.
