Growing
Simmering
Collards
White beans with carrots, celery, onions, chopped chicken, chicken broth,  chili's and a dash of Turmeric

The local market is starting to carry a lot of different items.  Bought yesterday
and so good
Asiago Facaccia bread
Time for lunch....

  4. Charlotte, not the collards but soon my little patch of turnip greens will be enough for one :)

    Cate, good and so simple.
    Leftover chicken and if family was here would have a huge amount of beans simmering in crockpot but just for me
    a store bought can, well drained and this is enough for 3 or 4 meals. So different now then when for years I cooked for a big family.
