Let your eyes look straight ahead
Fix your gaze directly before you.

    These words are a comfort, a reminder about the importance of what is right at hand.

    I am feeling out of sync with my world today. Nothing is falling into place. Everything feels unstable. It's time to pay attention to what's right in front of me.
