Darlene, I have hearing loss in my right ear but still seem to hear a lot :) Sometimes I hear the remark - can you hear what I am saying? Sometimes I do and sometimes not...
Since I moved to the woods, there is more silence in my life. I used to fill up the spaces with noise. Life is more peaceful with room for silence.
