Merry Christmas Everyone - An Update on My Mom


Hi everyone! This is Ernestine's daughter, Jamie. I wanted to let you know she is OK and at home recovering but not up to being on the computer right now (she also needs new glasses).

She had a bad UTI and a bit of pneumonia the weekend after Thanksgiving and got very sick. She was in the hospital a few days and then at a rehab center in Nashville for a week. She is now at home.

She wanted to tell you she appreciates you all so very much and is so thankful for you!

    Thank you so much for letting us know. I've been checking in almost every evening and had an inkling that something was not right. So glad that she's back at home again where she will feel so much more at ease. Good thoughts for a quick recovery.

    Thanks for letting us know about your Mom. I do hope she is continuing to recover but do tell her to be patient as can take longer than might be wished sometimes. Just keep pressing forward through the ups and downs, backwards and forwards. Look forward to her return here when she feels more up to doing so.
