Going Forward

I drink a lot of tea
mostly hot tea
but lately cold tea with meals.
Always made my own but have found a brand at the market I like,
online saw you could order smaller bottles in different flavors
I like Mango and this one flavored with Hibiscus also.

Here I am writing about it and have not even tried it.
Hoping my son will like it and I will try at lunch this day,\

Still going forward
daily, many arrive to help me
even a counselor to help me with thoughts I have.

Every day accomplish something I always did with no problem
I am pleased with the progress
but still, complain
how in the world did this happen to this healthy one?

I try to like tea, but so far with no success...

I admire your grit and determination. Keep it up.

Glad you’re continuing to go forward at whatever speed, or even with pauses.

So glad there are others to help you rest and heal, Ernestine, and you will get there. Just be gentle with yourself, and be patient too. You are precious to us!

So glad to see a post from you. My husband has a cup of hot tea every night & I would never drink it until recently.

I think the "talk" counselor will do you a lot of good.
Wish I had one.... that I didn't have to drive to.

Glad to "see" you back.

I grew up in England so tea is a mainstay for me. In the US we find good leaf tea on-line for breakfast - Assam and tea -time Lapsang but what keeps me going during the day is Jasmine green tea. It’s gentle on the stomach and warming.
Keep cherishing each day.

I'm glad to see you writing, Ernestine. You have been through such an ordeal. I hope you continue to feel stronger each day, going forward.
